TALK TITLE:

A Unified Approach to Building, Running, and Governing AI Agents at Scale

TRACK:

Business / Executive / Product Strategy Talks

SUB TOPIC:

ROI, Value & Business Impact

ABSTRACT:

As enterprises scale from prototype to production, the challenge is no longer building AI agents — it’s operating them reliably across complex, multi-framework environments.

Developers are already using their preferred SDKs and ADKs, but what’s missing is a unified control plane to build, run, evaluate, observe, and govern agents at enterprise scale.

Drawing on feedback from 100+ real-world deployments, this talk explores what it takes to move beyond disconnected tooling toward an agentic operations platform — one that spans major frameworks, enforces governance through RBAC and guardrails, provides long-term memory and context management, and delivers the telemetry, auditability, and security controls that production systems demand.

We’ll cover the engineering decisions behind unified identity management, fine-grained authorization, credential management, agent isolation, and continuous monitoring — and what “”trust by design”” actually looks like when agents and humans share the same operational environment.
