ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Mahsa Rouzbahman is the Director of Advanced Analytics and AI at CIBC, where she leads Generative AI initiatives focused on document processing, extraction, and reasoning to streamline business operations. She brings a unique combination of technical expertise, product management experience, and business acumen to build AI solutions that deliver measurable impact. Mahsa holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto. Prior to joining CIBC, Mahsa was a Senior Product Manager with the Azure OpenAI team at Microsoft. Also, as part of the Customer Success team at Microsoft, she worked as a Senior AI Cloud Solution Architect and Senior AI Scientist, building data- and AI-driven solutions for enterprise customers.
